The community is an important point that many cosplayers love and live for. If you're starting with cosplay and/or an Instagram profile, you'll want to meet other cosplay enthusiasts - but how should you start? This is exactly where my project will help you!

the idea behind it

This way you can also leave a message to the tagged person what you like about their work. This way you can start a conversation and get to know each other! Maybe the other person is nearby and you can arrange to meet at a con? There are so many ways to exchange ideas!

how does it work?

The basic principle is not new but very simple: Post a cosplay picture of yourself on your Instagram account. In the same post, tag at least one (maximum 3) @other_cosplayer whose work impresses you. The marked person is asked to do the same.

Please do not tag or post profiles that are not appropriate or do not inspire trust. This refers to profiles that violate Instagram's community guidelines. If you are unsure, please take a look here:

In the circle posting the latest tagged profiles are shown to everyone and the tagged persons where notificated. If the limit of tagged persons is reached, remove the bottom entry in favor of new profiles. Feel free to visit others' profiles and take a look around!
If you're completely new on Instagram, search "#cosplay" to find inspiring people! :)
